Boyuan Gao is the co-founder of Project Inkblot, an ideation and strategy consultancy that that uses diversity as a design methodology to help companies create innovative and effective solutions for their services and programs. Using a #designfordiversity method, Project Inkblot facilitates their clients through a rapid process to create lasting business breakthroughs, allowing them to streamline their resources and talent, while making the greatest impact for their clients. Boyuan was also the former Editor-in-chief of Revive Music, an online magazine celebrating the legacy, lineage and cultural impact of jazz music. Her writing has been incorporated in multimedia art exhibits in Cairo and in the Swiss-German publication, Fabrikzeitung. She lives in Brooklyn with her fiance and cat, Prince Rahim Quadruple X.

Jahan Mantin is the co-founder of Project Inkblot, a consultancy that uses a Design for Diversity™ methodology to to create inclusive campaigns, media and services for organizations and companies. She is also the co-creator/producer of Fit the Description, a video interview series between Black male civilians and Black male officers speaking about their personal experiences around law enforcement. Jahan began her career in advertising and marketing at Time Out New York and later moved into the editorial world as the Associate Editor for Beyond Race Magazine. Prior to Project Inkblot, Jahan co-founded Culturefphiles; an arts and social impact online publication featuring creative entrepreneurs. A native New Yorker and proud born and raised Lower East Sider, Jahan currently resides in Brooklyn.

Zebi Williams is a UX Designer with a background in education. anthropology and community building. She designs user experiences for both physical and digital spaces. Using data to inform her design choices and solve complex problems. Her design work supplements her volunteer habit. As the founder of the Lil Raggamuffin Summer Camp in Jamaica and Data Researcher/Systems Designer for   the Sista2Sista Youth Summit in Brooklyn. Her community work has been featured in Vogue, Fox5News, Refinery29 and SmileJamaica. Zebi's goal is to continue using technology to create innovative ways to support our most vulnerable communities.

Upon graduating from Wesleyan University with a double B.A. in Music and Economics and special focus in World Music, Brian moved to NYC in 2004 and began writing jingles at world-renowned JSM Music, where he became a principal composer. In 2009, Brian founded Btoven Music, a cutting-edge Music and Audio Post-Production facility that offers services in Music Composition/Production, Voiceover Casting/Production, Mixing/Mastering, Music Supervision and Sound Design to clients in Film, TV, Advertising and all forms of emerging new media. His portfolio includes hit TV shows, Super Bowl spots, major motion pictures and Grammy Award winning artists.

Anthony "Ant" Demby has worn many hats in the music business over the past 20 years. From working on PR and radio campaigns (for Mercury, Arista, Aftermath and Def Jam) - to music supervising soundtracks for Will Smith's Overbrook Entertainment, to once being an influential artist manager for heavyweights like John Legend, Childish Gambino and The Black Eyed Peas - Ant’s career has run the gamut. In 2010, Ant founded HumbleRiot, a New York based Audible Idea Shop that creates and curates authentic music solutions and cultural strategies for global brands, spaces, and "For Purpose" companies. Ant’s roster includes clients such as Absolut, Samsung, AirBnb, CBS, Microsoft, HBO, The Red Hot Organization, (RED), Heineken and The Soho House.

Daoud Abeid is an award winning filmmaker, graphic designer and educator. His most recent project, Shades of Brooklyn Vol. 1, was one of five international finalist in the 2008 American Black Film Festival's HBO best shorts competition and can be viewed as a featured presentation on HBO. Sunshowah Films is currently gearing to shoot their first feature The Harder They Fall. Since 1998, Daoud has worked with youth in the NYC area as a teaching artist, mentor and advocate. He currently teaches film production and media literacy.

Julian Alexander is the founder of Brooklyn-based design studio Slang Inc., whose clients include the world’s top agencies and brands. During his tenure as Design Director for Sony Music, he won a GRAMMY® Award for the box-set packaging for The Complete Jack Johnson Sessions by Miles Davis. As Executive Creative Director of Guild, Julian led creative teams on experiential projects for Stella Artois, Target, and Nike. His iconic logos and album artwork for Jennifer Lopez, 50 Cent and Eminem, amongst others, have sold over 100 million copies worldwide. Julian has moderated design talks at the American Institute of Graphic Arts, NYU, and has presented at Apple. Julian is a graduate of School of Visual Arts, where he also taught typography.

He’s also a nine-year U.S. Air Force Veteran. He calls Down South home.
